They mount virtually anywhere, indoors or outdoors, with a flashing red LED to give the realistic appearance of 24/7 surveillance. When the cameras detect motion, they pan left and right for 20 seconds. No electrical wiring is needed - they run on batteries for up to 3 months per set. Each camera requires 2 AA batteries.
