Four years ago Lyn Genet was looking for a Flax-Granola and could not find it. Meanwhile, we were baking a Flax Granola but had no idea what to do with it. Those who tried it said; where are the oats and honey and all the salt? We almost gave up but then... One of those unfathomable, unlikely anomalies that defy all logic yet seem to govern all good things, happened. We met Lyn Genet. With Lyn's help, we refined the recipe, improved the packaging and launched our "Plan Friendly" Flax Granola's that she recommends to her clients to this day.
