Keep the brush head/disc flush to the skin. Pressing too hard will impede the motion and reduce effectiveness. Do not use with facial brush heads and use only on your feet. Dispense a quarter-sized amount of Pedi-Buff onto the soles of your feet then massage into skin with the brush head for two minutes on each foot.
