The microfiber will wick the moisture away and disperse the liquid evenly while the inner layer of rayon will absorb. The base layer of polyester with added leak resistant coating will provide a protective barrier to eliminate leaking. Instructions for use: Place insert into undergarment with white side up (against your body). Care instructions: Machine wash and dry warm. Do not use chlorine bleach, fabric softener or softener sheets as it would reduce the efficacy of this microfiber product by clogging the fabric.
