This High Frequency, High Performance Ballast operates 1 or 2 CFQ13W/G24q, CFTR13W/GX24q, CFS16W/GR10q, CFQ10W/G24q, CFS10W/GR10q, CFT5W/2G7, CFT7W/2G7, CFT9W/2G7 lamps. The Replacer Kit includes (1) World Series Dual Entry Ballast, (1) Mounting Plate Adapter, (2) Self Tapping Screws, (2) 8-32 Machine Nuts, Lead Wire Set, Wire Extraction Tool and Detailed Instructions.
