Simply slide the Rolling Pin Cover onto a rolling pin. Set the Pastry Cloth Frame onto an even surface and anchor it in place with the loops of the metal frame. To create a non-stick rolling surface, sprinkle 1/2-cup flour onto the cloth and rub it in. Place dough in the center of the cloth, press flat by hand and sprinkle a little flour on top. Begin rolling from the center of the dough to the outer edges. Continue around until the dough forms the desired size circle. To clean, disassemble the Pastry Cloth Frame, soak cloth and rolling pin cover in cold water and scrub with mild soap and a brush. Rinse thoroughly. Lay cloth flat until almost dry. Reassemble the Pastry Cloth Frame and allow to dry completely. Store flat or disassemble and roll up with wooden slats and metal frame inside the pastry cloth for compact storage.
