Product Description

The Master Cracker is the original version invented and manufactured in the U.S.A. It is superior to the Chinese copied version: 1. The Chinese version cracking cup screw is loose. This misalignment causes shattering rather than cracking, spraying nut fragments. 2. The cracking cup and Anvil on the Chinese copy is too shallow which does not allow the nut to seat firmly. Once again, this can cause off center shattering rather than cracking. 3. The springs one the Chinese copy are weak which cause a wobble in the handle. It requires more effort to crack. 4. The wood base on the Chinese copy easily splits if dropped. 5. The Master Cracker weighs 8lbs 60z. vs the Chinese copy 6lbs 8oz. 6. The Master Cracker metal is much heavier duty will last decades.
