Ugh. Our SMTP host has throttled us. Apparently we sent out too many email notifications (watchlists, registrations, etc).

I've configured the system for a new host, but it's going to take 24 hours for the new host to approve the account.

All we can do now is wait. :(

Just so everyone knows, we got around the email issue, so emails have resumed.
