A typical mix of tropical dances, romantic ballads, and three perky ballads of the cross-border drug trade, it is set off from the competition by the inventive abilities of Tierra Santa's tuba player. He is way up high in the mix and bounces all over the place, doing way more than just keeping the rhythm. The title track has a catchy hook, and El Coyote is a fine singer, though neither is wildly distinctive. This isn't supposed to be great art, though, it's supposed to be fun, and on that score it comes through with flying colors.
