Product Description
New Improved for 2010 - V7 model. The Ultimate Abdominal Training System for your facility. The ClubPro is the "heavy-duty" club version of this immensely popular abdominal workout.

Ab Trainer Club Pro

Don't need the capability of adding weights? Check out our less expensive version, the Ab Trainer Pro - search Amazon for Item Ab Trainer Pro or item ID B004QWSCRG

Over 3000 health clubs appreciate the commercial quality of the Club Pro. It's the perfect compact abdominal trainer that can fit anywhere in your facility. The new model includes the ab trainer only and accepts your own add on weight plates with 1" diameter holes. Includes spring collars to hold weights on securely.

Adjustablitity:

The Club Pro Ab Trainer is not height adjustable. It does not need to be. It fits those from about 5' to 7' tall.

A user adjusts to it.

Here is how:

Lie down on the floor on your back with knees bent.

Adjust your body position until the headrest bulge fits into the crook of your neck

Put your elbows/triceps on the arm rest pads.

Then loosely grab bars wherever your hand would come close to them.

Try not to pull with your arms, this is supposed to be an ab exercise, right?

Some people like to "cheat" a bit and use their arms to assist their abs. Then they can pull more with their arms and some prefer not to rest their arms on the pads and put their hands wherever they can reach comfortably.
