**This is the SAME otoscope as the Dr Mom Third Gen in Hard Case the only difference is that this one also comes with 2 lighted ear curettes.These ear curettes DO NOT push on to the otoscope head. You REMOVE the otosocpe head from the handle and they screw into the handle. (Please look at the pictures on this listing to understand. Many customers are not reading the directions after they purchase the item and want to push them into the otoscope head where the specula go. This is NOT how they work). Otoscope is for use in ALL ages but the Ear CURETTES are for ADULT use only *** PLEASE read the directions before use. The Lighted ear curettes do not attach to the otoscope head but to the otoscope handle. You remove the otoscope head and then attach the curettes where the head once was to light them. These are used to remove earwax near the outer ear canal. The ear curettes should be used by adults only and not used on children.
