Body-Solid Rubber Olympic Bumper Plates. Note: Because all of our bumper plates are the same diameter, the 10lb. ones are thin, and prone to bending. The rubber used to make them is not like a stiff plastic. We've had some customer complaints about them 'bending'. Please note this before you buy. Quieter and helps protect the floor and equipment. Each bumper plate is fitted with a 3mm thick metal sleeve for proper fit and easy sliding. Use with Olympic size bars only. Raised white numbers markings. All plates are 17.7" diameter. 35lb. plates are 2.5" thick. IMPORTANT- These are rubber, but are not meant to be thrown around. Consistent abuse may lead to cracks or splits. ALSO AVAILABLE- color coded plates and commercial rated plates. - IMPORTANT- 10lb. plates are thin, and will not support a 45lb. weight bar by themselves without bending. We recommend using a 15lb. bar or less with these plates alone.
