We buy the raw clay and the raw paints and glazes to doall the work ourselves. Most significantly, we paint all our pieces100% freehand. No machinery, no decals, no stencils. We use a teamapproach to our artwork: The first person will paint the outline ofthe design, and of course this is done freehand. The next teammembers will each usually paint in one color or one element of thedesign and then pass the piece off to the next teammate. Onaverage, there are 6 to 8 artists involved in painting any givendesign. LSC has benefitted from the Worldstock partnership byhelping us find a market for our production. With China dominatingthe ceramics industry, and with our studio being so small with just54 employees, we are not a major factory. What is Worldstock?
