This low profile, heavy duty strobe operates from 12-24 VDC and meets the requirements of SAE J1318. The Smart Strobes technology automatically adjusts the flash intensity for day and night operation. This amber/clear strobe light maintains flash intensity and flash rate during voltage and temperature changes. User can switch between double (80 flashes per minute) or quad (65 fpm) flash rate. The i.beam indicator is an on-board diagnostic control center that constantly monitors the strobe light operation. When the flash tube burns out the LED will continue to flash letting the user know that there is still power to the light and flash tube replacement is required. The strobe light's design allows for either flange or 1" pipe mounting. The rugged die cast aluminum base is coated to prevent corrosion and designed for vibration resistance and heat dissipation. Seven support points provide a shock-resistant mounting of the power supply. The strobe light is protected against voltage spikes and surges. Flashtube replacement is trouble free with a thread-on lens and snap-fit flash tube socket. This product has a two year warranty (six month warranty for flashtube).
