The kit has an alligator clip adapter that allows the circuit breaker finder to be used on bare wires. The 69411 allows the circuit breaker finder (not included) to be clipped to exposed wires in electrical fixtures to find the correct circuit or to be screwed into a standard light bulb socket to find the correct circuit. Included in this kit is a standard outlet 2-prong female-to-alligator clip adapter.
