It sprays on clear and turns to a black metal protecting coating to prevent future rust from forming. Specifically formulated for application over metal, body filler, or fiberglass. Rust convertor sands to a smooth, even finish. Allow 24 hours to dry completely before applying top coat. Complete application instructions and curing information also printed on each can.
