The inversion table will invert up to a full 180 degrees and ergonomically molded ankle cushions hold ankles securely and comfortably in place. The IFT 1000 will support users up to 300 lbs.The table folds for storage and has a height adjustment from 4'9" to 6'6". Extra long safety handles for easy inverting are foam covered and safety vinyl safety covers have a mesh pocket to hold the remote control, along with glasses and other personal items.
