Update International has a perfect steak companion in its 4 1/4e x 8 1/4e cast iron steak weight (SWI-84). It may also be used on many grill-cooked items such as bacon sausages burgers and even hash browns. It has a wooden handle to prevent heat absorption while providing a comfortable grip.
