The Kleenguard A40 microporous film laminate liquid and particle protection coverall is a disposable single-piece protective garment made of a white spunbond nonwoven fabric to help protect against liquids and particles. The material passes ASTM International F1670 testing for penetration of blood and bodily fluids, and resists penetration of particles 0.3 microns and larger. This coverall is low in lint, making it suitable for use in clean areas such as electronics manufacturing or paint booths. It features elastic cuffs for a tight fit at the wrists and ankles, and a front zipper to facilitate donning. The seams are serged for reinforcement and fray resistance. The coverall material meets National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 99: Health Care Facilities Code criteria for antistatic materials. This protective garment meets the ANSI/ISEA (American National Standards Institute/International Safety Equipment Association) 101-1996 standard, which provides requirements for the performance, size dimensions, labeling, and packaging of limited-use and disposable coveralls. Coveralls, also known as boilersuits, are single-piece protective garments with full length legs and sleeves. Coveralls come in a range of protection levels, from light-duty suits worn over street clothes to keep them clean while working, to heavy-duty hazmat suits that protect the wearer from toxic liquids, gases, and airborne particles.
