These 2 Kamosoto knives 8" (210mm) Chef knife and 5" (125mm) Unitily knife are forged from Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel, the very same highest quality Japanese carbon stainless steel used to create the world's finest Samurai swords. The knives are extremely sharp, exceptionally durable and perfectly balanced. With a luxurious feel, superior design, and unparalleled cutting edge, the KAMOSOTO knives are in a class of their own.

Offering a balance of performance, safety and comfort, the knives have an effective non-slip soft grip G10 handle and a beautiful tiny wave blade pattern. There are made of 67 layers (33 layers on each side) of SUS440C with high carbon steel VG-10 core, high corrosion, stains and wear resistance and elegant rust-free Damascus pattern.
