This premium knife set from Ross Henery Professional comes in a heavy duty canvas storage / carry case which is perfect if you are traveling. This set is made from high carbon 5CR 15MOV stainless steel.

They are perfect for the professional chef or total amateur as well as for the domestic house or especially as a set of Knives for college student due to the ease of transportation with the case supplied. The knife set has sheaths on the 6 biggest blades preventing them from damaging the case in transit The knives are well balanced, very sharp and hold their edge due to the high carbon content in the premium stainless steel. There is also a honing (sharpening) steel supplied. The set includes the following Utensils: Carving Knife (10" Blade) Used for carving large roasts. It has a long slightly flexible blade. Chefs Knife (8" Blade) This all purpose knife is used for a variety of cutting and chopping work as well as slicing and mincing. Filleting Knife (8" Blade) Used For filleting fish etc, It has a thin flexible blade Bread Knife (8" Blade) For slicing breads, Cakes and pastries. A bread knife is used most often in baking, it features a 8" hollow ground cutting blade Cleaver (7" Blade) It has a very heavy rectangular blade used for cutting and chopping.
