Once Again Natural Tahini is a traditional tahini made from dry roasted sesame seeds. Once Again's tahini is made from ground, mechanically hulled sesame seeds that are lightly roasted before milling. This enhances the natural nutty flavor. This product is wonderful, especially when used in sauces, soups, and salad dressings. Also great for homemade hummus. Note: manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts and soy, and on equipment that processes other tree nuts and seeds.
