Extreme torque and unlimited rotation from a standard size servo....easily done with the SPG400A-CM-CR Servo Power Gearbox.The all new structure is machined from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum. By incorporating threaded side mounts you can now easily attach these servo gearboxes to numerous ServoCity products including tubing andchannel; making it easier than ever to incorporate a servo power gearbox into a custom pan & tilt, mechanical device, or robotic structure.The hardened 1/2" stainless steel final shaft is supported by dual ABEC-5 precision ball bearings that not only allow extremely smooth operation but can also support up to 200 pounds of vertical and horizontal load. The hollow output shaft (.382" center bore) allows wires to pass through the center axis.With five optional gear ratios, you are sure to find the right combination of torque and speed for your project.The SPG400a-45-CR kit will come with full assembly instructions.Servo not included.Patented. Note: The SPG400a-45-CR kit, when assembled, will allow for unlimited (continuous) rotation out of the final shaft. The assembled unit will operate in open loop form and not have any positioning feedback. The PWM signal received from the servo controller will determine the servo's speed and direction rather than position. If you are not comfortable soldering and handling delicate parts, we would suggest purchasing a fully assembled Servo Power Gearbox.
