Multi-Function Height/Depth Gauge is primarily used to set table saw blade height from tabletop, fence-to-sawblade distance and miter-slot-to-blade alignment as well as establish router bit and drill press depths and drill bit stop locations, set radial arm saw dado depth and blade height from tabletop, but it also performs a number of other important jobs: Use gauge to mark or scribe a line - mark straight lines up to 5" from board edges and set up your band saw and shaper table, too. Depth rod measures up to 5" for dadoes, slots, dowel and screw holes and in tight spots. 6-1/8"H x 1-1/2"TH x 4-3/8"W - engineered reinforced polymer and steel/brass construction. Photo engraved, tempered stainless steel 5" scale is marked in precise 1/32" increments. All measurements are read on just one scale - reverse scale for millimeters up to 12.5cm.
