This indoor fan features five reversible Applewood/cherry blades, oil rubbed bronze finish and an amber alabaster glass light fixture, creating an elegant look. Designed for rooms up to 360 square feet (18 by 20 feet), the Carolina utilizes a 153-by-17-millimeter silicon steel motor with triple capacitor for powerful, quiet air circulation. This hugger-mount fan is ideal for lower ceilings. In warm weather, you can run the fan counterclockwise to stay cooler. In the winter, you can run it clockwise to recirculate warm air from the ceiling, eliminating cold spots and drafts. The Carolina fan uses two medium-base 13-watt CFL light bulbs, not included.
