This listing includes 3 round base magnets which are made of grade 8 ceramic magnet encased and glued inside of a steel case. The steel case is chrome plated with a shiny finish. The magnet and the steel case form a magnetic circuit, tripling the holding force to 80 LBS with a direct touch to a solid steel surface. The steel case also provides protection to the magnet so it becomes much more durable.

The outer diameter of the magnet is 2.6" (66.5 mm) with 0.27" (6.5 mm) center hole. The total thickness is 0.35" (9 mm).

This magnet can be used as magnetic holding, lifting, antenna mounting, positioning, retrieving and much more.

Round base magnets are also known as magnetic cup magnets.
