This beautiful locking open mouth gag designed by Dungeonware is made with 7/8 oz. premium grade leather It features a plastic mouth piece which has a 1-1/2" inch inner diameter This inner diameter measurement is the correct size needed to put most private parts through. The outer diameter of the gag piece is Aproximately 1-7/8". This mouth piece is not covered in leather like other brands offered. The reason for this is obvious, You want to be able to clean it! Bacteria can seep into leather and make a leather covered piece unhealthy. Our products are designed to last the rest of your life.
