This rugged and dependable front-loading food pan carrier can hold multiple pans of hot or cold food at safe temperatures for hours. The seamless polyethylene plastic has a thick foam insulation. 36 qt. pan carrier is insulated to maintain correct serving temperatures, and it will keep food hot for at least 4 hours. Food will remain hot longer depending on how often the unit is opened and the temperature of the food when it was placed in the unit. Food temperature drops an average of 4 degrees per hour. The recessed vent cap releases steam, helping maintain food quality. It has an airtight removable gasket that provides a secure seal and has plastic latches that will never rust. The molded-in handles are for easy carrying and handling. The end loader stacks easily for transporting and storing. Textured surface is scratch resistant and easy to clean. The pan carrier can hold 8 combinations of 6", 4" and 2 1/2" deep food pans. Best of all, no assembly or electricity required.
