About Perfect Shutters Inc. Since 1976, Perfect Shutters Inc. has been making custom sized shutters that are both beautiful and affordable. The company originally got its start in the small town of Zenda as a local siding distributor that had a knack for shutters. The level of craftsmanship made for good word of mouth and even better business and before long that business outgrew the building in Zenda and ''Shutters Inc.'' relocated to Hebron, IL. It was there that some of the greatest innovations were made like Dura-Prene construction and all new styles and colors. By 2001 ''Shutters, Inc.'' didn't quite describe the quality of goods being sold and the brand was renamed to the more appropriate Perfect Shutters, Inc. Today they offer the widest selection of styles and options in the custom vinyl shutter market with new ideas always on the horizon. Sold in Kit for one pair of shutters.
