This safe bungee cord works on the wrap principal. The cord to ties to the bottom of the cart and wraps at the top to tighten. We have removed the hooks to help prevent eye injury that cords with hooks can cause. This cord fits all carts. Tie on the end of your luggage cart or wheeled platform, and simply pull over the product, luggage or boxes you are moving to secure around the top.
