The Pulsate is a hiking shoe with lots of cushion. It features a bellows tongue to keep debris out, an abrasion resistant toe bumper, M Select FRESH to naturally prevent odor before it starts for fresh smelling feet, and a molded nylon arch shank. The EVA removable footbed is treated with M Select FRESH for odor control. The Merrell air cushion in the heel absorbs shock and adds stability. The compression molded EVA footframe provides cushioning. The outsole has 5mm lug depth. M Select Grip tune
