The Needles 504 is made from Bamboo giving the hat a soft and luxurious hand feel. At Kangol our Bamboo is made using the government approved viscose process which transforms Bamboo pulp into yarn in 6 steps. The crown has a subtle textured knit and interlock needles stich on the back of the hat, which was inspired by original vintage sweatshirts.
