This 500mL polysulfone filter holder eliminates the need for a manifold and/or breakable glass vacuum flask. Receiver is graduated. Filter holder accepts 47mm membrane filters. Two side-arms allow connection to vacuum line; also accepts syringe filters. Tubing adapter can be stuffed with cotton for sterile venting during autoclaving; accepts 6 to 8mm (1/4 to 5/16 inch) inner diameter vacuum tubing.
