Hyundai's factory auto dimming mirror is an easy upgrade and it takes about 30 minutes to install. How it works is the mirror darkens, automatically, when headlights are detected behind the vechile. It includes electronic compass and three integrated HomeLink buttons which can be programmed to operate most garage door openers and other HomeLink compatible devices. It also features auto dimming - reduces glare from vehicle lights behind the driver with built-in electronic compass which is not visible when mirror or display is off and a HomeLink that can be programmed for up to three remote-controlled devices, including garage doors, estate gates, home lighting, entry door locks, security systems, etc.
