This pressure cooker includes a removable and durable stainless steel cooking pot; stainless steel outer body with cool touch handles; stainless steel self-locking lid with rubber gasket, floating valve, anti-blocking case, pressure safety valve, pressure regulator knob, locking pin, and cool touch handle; stationery pot; heating plate; temperature sensor; and condensation reservoir. It also comes with a stainless steel rack, plastic cup and spoon. 120V, 50-60Hz, ETL approved. Unplug the cooker, remove the cooking pot with pot holders (the pot may be hot) and wait for the cooker to cool down (at least 30 minutes to an hour) then continue with your cooking.
