The Thorpe Mid D2 football shoe has a soft synthetic leather upper which is lightweight, comfortable with little break in. Soft mesh tongue with thick foam padding offers comfort on top of foot with breathability. Textile collar lining with thick foam padding for additional comfort at heel and ankle. NFL lining package prevents stretching and gives a consistent fit. NFL equipment molded PU sock liner with ETC top cover with Poron foam to help avoid friction/heat build up. Thicker innersole board and Poron foam drastically reduces cleat pressure. EVA wedge/midsole delivers lightweight cushioning. D2 detachable 7-stud plate offers a stable base of support with wider cleat placement. FGT cleats allow for better traction on grass and field turf.
