CFF's 4 Slot Rubber Grip plates with steel inserts will be perfect for any gym. The plates 4 slotted grips, make them easy to pick up off the floor or rack. Please note that the 2.5 and 5 pound plates do not have slots and the 10's only have 2 slots.
Other uses can include Farmers walks, speed/Strength conditioning, an alternative to Kettlebells, dumbbells, etc. Because of the versatility of the slotted 4 grips, your imagination is the only limit there is.
