The Schlage Electronics PIM400-TD2 panel interface module creates a wireless connection between up to two Schlage AD-400 series electronic door lockset assemblies and an access control panel (sold separately) to minimize wiring and enable remote access points. Transmitted data can be AES 128-bit-key encrypted for increased security. The dynamic channel switching promotes a strong signal by preventing radiofrequency interference. Thirteen LEDs indicate the status of all inputs and outputs. A tamper switch registers when the enclosure is open and uses the LEDs to indicate tampering. A remote antenna (sold separately) can be connected for increased signal strength.
