9-lug switch can be used to rewire vintage padals or effect boxes, for unbuffered bypassing/true bypass of the effect circuit without coloring the tone of the instrument or other components in the signal chain.

The triple pole switch allows you to wire in an on/off indicator led, if desired, while the Dpdt does not. It's also a very tough switch that will last a very long time

There are a total of nine lugs on each switch
