This Interpower 83011510 International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60320 C8 shrouded black screw mount power inlet has international and North American current and voltage ratings of 2.5 amps at 250 VAC, and is suitable for a variety of electrical applications. It has a polyamide housing for strength and thermal insulation, and nickel-plated brass terminals for conductivity and resistance to corrosion. Its temperature rating is 70 degrees C. Screw mounts enable secure mounting of the inlet to a panel, and two solder tabs allow for permanent attachment of conductors. The inlet measures 34.3 x 15 x 20.2 mm (L x W x D). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the vertical distance from bottom to top; D is depth, the sub-panel horizontal distance from front to back.) It has an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 94 V-0 flammability rating, meets Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) requirements, and is certified by the Verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) for quality assurance in the U.S. and Canada. It is UL and Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (cUL) Recognized, and marked for European Conformity (CE).
