Have you wanted to work out with dumbbells but found it difficult to get them into position without straining yourself or potentially hurting yourself when putting them up or down? Power Hooks stay with your dumbbells and hang onto any overhead barbell. One end of the hook goes around the dumbbell and there is a velcro strap to hold it on and makes it comfortable for your hands. The second hook hangs onto a barbell overhead. For flat bench presses you simply hang them onto the barbell and lift them off just like you would a barbell. This allows you to hook them on while standing up and then you are in proper lifting position without having to lift the dumbbell from the floor nor having to drop them back onto the floor after the exercise. You can use them anywhere, whether it be for dumbbell flat bench presses, incline presses, decline presses, even overhead presses, shrugs and more. These work on all types of dumbbells, from the traditional to even the adjustable Weider, Powerblocks, Bowflex and others. Power Hooks also provide a better way to handle and spot dumbbells.
