ESD rubber high temperature mat kit. ESD High Temperature Mat Kits have two layers; the top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Resistance to ground is 8 x 1000000 to 8 x 100000000 and resistance point to point is 2 x 1000000 to 2 x 100000000. Surface temperature is 200 degree F. These ESD high temperature mat kits offer excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvents. These antistatic mats are very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats. Kits include the mat, a ground cord and a wrist strap. These mats are resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent solutions, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines, and aldehydes. 5/64" thickness. Matte finish, Non-embossed pattern. Tensile strength: greater than 1000 psi. Elongation: 300 percent minimum. Hardness: 60 +/- 5, Shore A. Charge decay time: less than 0.01 second; 5KV TO 50V. 190 degree F temperature.
