Each piece is hand knit in Peru and made by the guild of women from Pamplona Alta a slum on a hill outside the capital city. These single women band together to raise their children by working from home and helping each other in feeding, clothing and sitting their children in their extremely poor environment.
More than 70 women belong to the guild. Compare pricing and quality and make a difference... Finger puppets are shipped loose in a plastic bag of 50 pieces assorted.
