Designed for customers who need advanced technical support and the additional benefits of on-going software and firmware updates, SonicWALL Dynamic Support 8x5 is available in one-, two- and three-year agreements that include: Telephone/Web-based Support - for basic configuration assistance during local business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, local time, Monday - Friday)* Software/Firmware Updates - for all software and firmware updates and upgrades Hardware Replacement - Advance Exchange for replacement of defective hardware Support Tools - access to SonicWALL's electronic support tools *8:00 am - 5:00 pm New agreements are retroactively activated to the expiration date of the most recent warranty or support agreement. SonicWALL Support Services Reinstatement enables customers with expired warranties or support who purchase new support agreements a full 12 months of support from the date of activation. Also included in SonicWALL Support Services Reinstatement is a single firmware update, allowing customers access to the most current firmware features. Customers may also purchase a 2-Year Support contract without the need to purchase the Reinstatement License and receive 2-years of support from the date of activation.
