Product Description

The Brady MiniMark Industrial Label Printer prints signs and labels at up to three inches per second via thermal transfer on vinyl, polyester die cut, and self-laminating label materials, and connects through serial, parallel or USB ports to a computer. For use in identifying a variety of items, from barcodes and security identification to lockout/tagout labeling and laboratory identification, this label printer prints single- or multi-line on many label materials (minimum 1 label width and 1 length) with 0.080" to 3.800" character height. Use the MiniMark to create single-color die-cut labels, self-laminating labels, and vinyl labels with 203 dpi for clear, crisp printing. The thermal transfer printing method stays bright and lasts longer than direct thermal printing. Compact, lightweight desktop label printer is 10 by 8 by 7 and 4.85 pounds for portability. The Status LED displays the printer status with Ready and Power indicators. The built-in auto cutter is Underwriters Laboratory (UL) approved. The printer and its printing materials are Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant. Maximum print length is 39, and 110 maximum roll length reduces roll changes over other label printers. Printer has 2MB memory, AC power supply and 12-month manufacturer warranty for reliability. The MarkWare EXPRESS Facility Identification Software has over a thousand symbols, templates, bar codes, and pictograms. Label printers, also called label makers or labelers, are a type of computer printer that print on rolled stock or fanfold stock. Label printers are used for many purposes, including asset management, price marking, packaging labels, laboratory specimen marking, and naming file folders. Label printers use a variety of printing technologies, such as laser, thermal transfer and direct thermal mechanisms. Some label printers may interface with a computer to create special types of labels, such as barcodes, while other label printers can create special content using the printers own operating system. Brady Corporation manufactures signs, tags, printers, and other industrial safety and identification products. Brady was founded in 1914, is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 standards. Whats in the Box?
