Product Description
UPC649241922520
This solid well built power rack will help you work out safely and efficiently while performing squats, military press, bench press, curls, shrugs, and more. With a wide walk-in design that offers plenty of side-to-side movement for a variety of total body exercises. In addition the rack offers a total of 21 positions, helping it accommodate a ton of different heights and exercises. This power rack makes your routines easy and safe. Get one & take your workouts to the next level. Two people are required for assembly. All nuts and bolts should be fully tightened before use, and periodically checked. Dimensions: See pictures. Front inside opening- 44". Front outside opening- 48". Height- 71.5". Inside workout space- 26" from inside front to rear. Floor space- 59" wide x 50" deep. Distance floor to top of bottom hole- 15.5". Distance floor to top of topmost hole- 59 1/4". Bar holder- Lock on design, black J-hooks. Response to FAQ1: This rack was designed specifically to fit into a short 6' ceiling height. That is the reason a chin up bar is not included in the front, as that could lead to a person walking into the bar or hitting their head when performing squats. Also, there would not be enough clearance above the rack to allow for proper chin ups without hitting your head on the basement ceiling. A possible alternative would be to place the olympic bar at the top hole, then use that for chin ups. Also, if you are able to fit a 7' power rack in your space, we sell one with a chin up bar in front. Response to FAQ2: This power rack was designed to be sold at an affordable price , as such extra features such as numbering of the holes was not included. Some simple suggestions would be to use a magic marker or stick on. We now have flat incline decline bench, flat bench, dip attachment, extra short pegs, heavy duty short J pegs, weight holders.
