This is achieved by placing the candy in a high temperature, high humidity room after it has been made. This causes the candy to "grain" giving each piece the softer texture. You can change the texture of our candy to suit your individual taste by placing it in a warm, moist area to soften it, or a cool, dry area to firm up the texture.
