Compatibility notes

Compatible with all Epson printers except

Models where the ink cartridges remain static during printing (e.g. Artisan 7xx and 8xx)

Expression Premium (XP) series printers require a different kit ASIN B01007BXMQ

Printer must be clear of all error messages before use, including 'clean printer head'

We recommend using fresh ink from a different supplier after cleaning. If your ink caused the blockage it can reclog the head during priming

5 oz Printhead Cleaning Fluid

Syringe

8" Connector tubing

1 Pair Reusable Nitrile Powder-free Gloves

Blotting Paper

Laminated Instruction Card

Instructions for use

1. Print a nozzle check pattern to identify which colors need cleaning

2. Warm up the cleaning fluid

3. Remove ink cartridges

4. Place blotting paper under printhead (see our website on how to access printhead)

5. Inject 1ml fluid into each nozzle to be cleaned

6. Leave to stand for about 5 min

7. Inject a further 1ml

8. Remove blotting paper

9. Install fresh cartridges and run 2 self cleaning cycles

The kit works in 90% of cases and comes with troubleshooting notes.
