Installation: Fill the bottle to capacity. Install the bottle so the tube is 3-6 inches above the cage floor. Place the tube tip on a horizontal bar of the cage. Attach the bottle to the cage with the spring clip holder. Water bottles work on a vacuum lock. To start the flow of water, invert the bottle while pressing the control ball. Let the water trickle out until a vacuum develops. Occasional dripping is normal. Always check that the gasket is in place when refilling the bottle. Be sure to keep plenty of fresh drinking water available at all times. Maintenance: It is recommended to wash and rinse bottles after every use. After cleaning and refilling, make sure sealing gasket is in place. Always tighten the bottle cap securely. If the cap is loose, air entry can cause non-stop dripping until the bottle is empty.
