Perfection Spice Rub was the inspiration for our business and has been used with great success in competition barbeque events. Friends kept telling us that it was the best rub that they had ever had, so we decided to make it available to everyone. Inspired by Southwestern dry rubs and our own northern woods, Perfection Spice Rub blends an unusual combination of ingredients into a harmonious and balanced blend. Use about 2 Tbs (8 gm) of spice blend per 1.5 pounds of main ingredient. 80 gm (2.8 oz) of Spice in a Reusable Tin, 3 Out of 5 Heat, All ingredients certified Kosher and Organic: Spices (Chipotle Chile, Roasted Paprika, Sweet Paprika, Juniper Berry, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary), Himalayan Pink Salt, Vermont Maple Sugar, Coffee.
